Exceptional Schools
Palmera Ridge is served by the Leander Independent School District.
Leander ISD is a place where care and concern for every student, parent and partnership is at the heart of everything we do. Our Guiding Documents — the Learning Model, 10 Ethical Principles, the Graduate Profile — are the foundation of who we are and ensure that we maintain a great learning environment for all students. LISD is one of the fastest growing school districts in the state, educating more than 36,000 students at its 39 campuses. The district encompasses nearly 200 square miles.

The Tarvin Trailblazers spark wonder, ignite innovation and unlock genius. The school’s mission is to help students become creators, curious learners, problem seekers/solvers, collaborators, communicators and advocators. Students generate new ideas and apply them; inquire and explore the world around them; ask questions and analyze information to find a solution; work constructively with others; express their thoughts and feelings confidently through a variety of forms; and own their learning and empathize with others.
